At Meepo Board, we want to ensure your ride is perfect; if you aren't completely satisfied, you can return your unused electric skateboard within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Board
Securely pack the skateboard along with all original accessories, charger, and remote in the original Meepo factory box to prevent shipping damage.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send your package to our designated inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the board's condition and odometer reading, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
